Encrypted end-to-end
All data in transit uses TLS 1.3. All data at rest is AES-256 encrypted by Supabase on AWS.
Never sold
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Our business model is subscriptions, not advertising.
Isolated by design
Row Level Security (RLS) ensures your data is mathematically separated from every other user at database level.
Zero card data
We never see or store your payment card details. All billing is handled by Paddle, PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Collected data — and why
We only collect what we need to run the platform. Nothing more.
- Account info (email, display name) — to authenticate and personalise your account
- Creator profile (niche, bio, social handles, follower counts) — to power your AI tools
- Content you create inside the platform (hooks, scripts, brand deals, goals) — stored privately, visible only to you
- Feature usage events — which tools you open and use, anonymised — to improve the product
- Error logs — technical errors only, no content — to fix bugs fast
- Fan Vault subscriber emails — collected on your behalf, stored under your account, never used by us
- Subscription status — managed via Paddle, we receive confirmation of tier only, never card details
Our hard commitments
These are not buried in small print. This is what we will never do, ever.
- Sell your data to any third party, advertiser, or data broker
- Share your content or creator profile with other users
- Use your data for advertising targeting
- Store or view your payment card numbers
- Access your social media accounts without your action
- Send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in
- Use your Fan Vault subscriber list for any purpose other than delivering it to you
A note on AI processing
iBuildInfluence uses large language models (OpenAI GPT-4o, Google Gemini, and xAI Grok) to power features like the Creator Coach, Hook Lab, Content SEO Engine, and more. When you use these features, the content you provide (e.g. a video description, your niche) is sent to the relevant AI provider for processing and then returned to you.
These providers operate under their own data policies. We do not share your account information, email address, or identity with them — only the content required to generate a response. We recommend you do not enter sensitive personal information (e.g. financial details, personal identification) into any AI-powered field.
Enterprise-grade security, built in
We chose our infrastructure partners specifically because they take security as seriously as we do.
Supabase (PostgreSQL)
All user data stored in PostgreSQL on Supabase, hosted on AWS. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures each user's data is isolated at the database engine level — it is not possible for one user to query another's data.
Vercel (Edge Network)
All web traffic runs through Vercel's global edge network with automatic TLS encryption. HTTPS is enforced everywhere — no exceptions.
Paddle (Billing)
Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle. Your card number is never sent to our servers. We only receive a subscription status confirmation.
Supabase Auth
Authentication is powered by Supabase Auth. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed — we never store plain-text passwords and cannot read them.
Encryption at rest
All data stored in Supabase is encrypted at rest using AES-256 by AWS. This includes your profile, content, and any data you upload.
Access controls
All internal systems require authenticated sessions with signed JWT tokens. No production data is accessible without verified credentials.
You are in control
Under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and our own commitment to fairness, you have the following rights at any time:
Access
Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Export
Export your content, profile, and usage data in a portable format.
Deletion
Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. We will complete this within 30 days.
