Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with IBuildInfluence. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@ibuildinfluence.com with your account email address. We'll process your refund promptly.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

• No cancellation fees or penalties
• Cancel directly from your account settings
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will retain full access to all features until your subscription expires
• No automatic renewal after cancellation

To cancel your subscription, log into your account, go to Settings, and click "Cancel Subscription". Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
